Madelon has built Milestones, with her husband and business partner, Brett Miles. She is involved in strategic planning facilitation, teambuilding facilitation, executive coaching and training nationally and internationally.
Prior to joining Milestones, she was General Manager and Senior VP of Lee Hecht Harrison’s L.A. office. Madelon began her career in newspaper publishing, playing an important role in the start up and success of several newspapers nationally.
